The location is perfect for downtown attractions, and the food at the happy hour is a nice touch. Busy street noise made it hard to relax at times.

Excellent staff. Friendly and helpful—truly among the best. Great location, close to everything. Pool and spa? Amazing. The Kickback at 5:30 is a fantastic perk; drinks and food are always enjoyable, with nightly entertainment. pricing fluctuated drastically due to an event—one night at double the rate was disappointing. The front desk staff had inconsistent attitudes; we experienced an unwarranted outburst for a misunderstanding regarding the locked main door. That was awkward. Breakfast offered variety but lacked quality. At $265 per night, I expected more. Security measures were commendable, providing a sense of safety. I recommend this place, but clarity in communication and consistent service could elevate the experience significantly.

The hotel has a great location close to Broadway and offers a nice breakfast and happy hour. We had an issue with noise complaints that felt unfair; it disrupted our stay. it's a clean place with friendly staff.

The rooftop spa offers stunning views while you relax. The staff is super friendly, and the kickback food hits the spot with a nice drink selection.

Valet parking would be a major plus.

The Drury Plaza Hotel in Nashville offers an ideal location near Bridgestone Arena, making it perfect for concert-goers. The breakfast surpassed expectations with a hearty hot buffet, and the staff was generally accommodating, though interactions varied. Spacious rooms and a pleasant pool area enhance the overall experience.

Great location and clean rooms with super comfortable beds make this place inviting. Breakfast was a standout, with plenty of options, but the kickbacks each evening were a delightful bonus. daily housekeeping left much to be desired; necessities often went unfilled, and rooms weren't cleaned until late afternoon. We faced noise disturbances and a lack of concierge services, which made local inquiries frustrating. Plus, finding our door propped open while maintenance was changing locks felt unsettling. With a little more attention, this could be a fantastic place. Would consider returning with friends.

Super spacious rooms with all the amenities like air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a coffee machine. Clean and comfy! Loved the location, super walkable to museums and Broadway. Breakfast and dinner were tasty with 3 free drinks. Staff were super friendly. Pool area is nice too, with fitness centre and hot tub.

I loved how I could easily walk to so many attractions like the Music City Walk of Fame Park which is only about 700 meters away or the iconic Ryman Auditorium just a short stroll at about 750 meters and with great dining options like The Southern just a bit over 400 meters away and Sobro Sports Bar and Grille even closer at less than a 10-minute walk it made the stay so convenient while the hotel itself offered clean and modern rooms and friendly service but I wish the front desk staff had been a bit more accommodating since it took three days for them to provide change for tips.

I was really disappointed with the housekeeping. They never cleaned the room until late afternoon, and we ran out of essentials like toilet paper multiple times. It was just super frustrating after a long day when you want to relax.

Had a blast with my crew checking out the Country Music Hall of Fame , so epic! Then we went on a spooky Ghost City Tour, total chills! The hotel's evening buffet line, up was lit , good eats and free drinks, summersaulting in joy!

Wished they had a rooftop party deck with a DJ for ultimate grooving vibes! .

The room was impeccably clean, which impressed me deeply. I’m particular about cleanliness. The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering a restful night’s sleep. The noise level was low, making it easy to relax. Temperature control worked well, allowing for a cozy atmosphere. I appreciated the absence of heavy bedspreads; the linens were fresh and crisp. Great decor added to the room's appeal. housekeeping didn’t occur as expected. I had to request extra towels, which was slightly inconvenient. Despite these minor issues, the overall comfort of the room was enjoyable, making it a pleasant space to unwind.

The kids enjoyed the rides and the games were a blast. The staff kept everything clean and super friendly.

It wasn’t budget-friendly, but worth it for the experience.

Had a blast! Loved scanning the key card for safety, just like in the movies! The breakfast spread and evening kickback were lit 🔥, with live music vibes and a dope gym to stay on track! Plus, the epic views of the water and walking distance to everything made life easy!

Elevators had me feeling like I was in a maze 🔄. Tv guide MIA and slow Wi-Fi killed the vibe.

The exhibits were engaging for all ages, offering a fun and educational experience for the whole family. The live music added a special touch to our visit, creating a memorable and authentic Nashville atmosphere.

My kids wished for more kid-friendly TV channels.

Upon checking into the Drury, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room and the lovely terrace overlooking the city. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, and the flat-screen TV in the room was a great addition for entertainment. I was disappointed to find that the ironing facilities were not available in the room, which was inconvenient as I needed to freshen up my clothes for an event. while the room had heating and air conditioning, the temperature control seemed a bit inconsistent, making it either too warm or too cold at times. The housekeeping service was good, but I did notice some areas that could have been cleaner, especially in the sitting area. The welcome drink upon arrival was a nice gesture, but the quality of the drinks at the restaurant left something to be desired.

I got a free mansion tour! Breakfast and evening snacks tamed my growling stomach. The pool and spa were accessible, and the Dream Team made my event dreamy & delicious.

Just loved the constant serenade of sirens and homeless people outside my window! .

I chose to visit the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, and Drury's central location made it convenient. However, their wide range of event and catering services pleasantly surprised me, adding extra value to my stay. The free hot breakfast and 5:30 Kickback® were delightful bonuses.

Poor attention to cleanliness.

We were thrilled when Drury confirmed a special birthday surprise for my wife with chocolate-covered strawberries and champagne, but they didn't deliver. The free breakfast, cocktail hour, and friendly staff made for a fantastic stay. The comfortable bed and convenient downtown location added to the enjoyable experience. I'll recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main entertainment area but still quiet at night. The complimentary breakfast and evening drinks were a nice touch. The room was comfortable, and the staff was dedicated to ensuring a positive guest experience.

Outside noise was a bit of an issue, making it difficult to sleep at night. There were some encounters with aggressive individuals in the area.

The Drury Plaza Hotel Nashville Downtown provided us with a fantastic stay. The hotel was clean, secure, and conveniently located within walking distance of many attractions in downtown Nashville. The complimentary hot breakfast and happy hour were exceptional, offering delicious food and beverages. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and well-maintained. We appreciated the free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and the availability of amenities such as the fitness center and outdoor swimming pool. it was a great experience for our disabled family, and we highly recommend this hotel.

The only minor issue we encountered was the misinformation we received about breakfast and coffee service. Initially, we were told that breakfast and coffee were not available within the hotel, but later discovered a coffee bar right next to the front desk.
